Award wining chef, Dean Coppard, owner of Uluru Bistro in Armagh will showcase his own signature style using the finest locally sourced produce with an 'Aussie' twist. Each course of the tasting menu will be paired with one of Australia's finest wines presented by Charles Robb from R&R Wines.
