A rare opportunity to look at what can be found in Nature's larder and what to do with it.
Simon Dougan from Yellow Door will talk us through the providence of a variety of game and demonstrate a couple of his mouth-watering recipes like Wild Rabbit Moroccan style with Nettle Couscous, Wood Pigeon with Wild Garlic & a Walnut dressing and if we have time, Wild Sorrel and Potato soup for the vegetarians - although this is not one for the faint hearted!
We'll be kicking off with seasonal Rhubarb Martinis and finish with a great game supper.
